MARCILLAC-LA-CROZE, the incredible colours

Marcillac la Croze is near the peaceful stream called Sourdoire. It is mostly built in “Brasier” (= “furnace”), a wonderful sandstone. With the sun, the stone reveals its beautiful colours.

Unfortunately, the castle has disappeared.

When visiting Marcillac la Croze, don’t forget to have a look at the communal village oven, very well restored, at the locality “La Croze”.
